2. The Service & Affiliate Relationship

  • Search Aggregator only: We provide a comparison tool for GPU cloud resources. We are not a cloud provider, broker, or reseller.
  • Affiliate Disclosure: We are a performance-based marketing firm. We earn commissions from cloud providers when you click our links and make a purchase. This does not increase the price you pay.
  • Data Volatility: Pricing and availability for AI GPUs such as the NVIDIA B200, AMD Instinct MI350, and other chips are highly volatile. Our data is for informational purposes only. You must verify final pricing on the provider’s platform.

3. Prohibited Use & Anti-Scraping

The specific aggregation, layout, and presentation of pricing data on this site is our intellectual property.

  • No Scraping: You may not use any automated system (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data from this site for commercial purposes or to build a competing directory.
  • B2B Limitation: This site is intended for professional use by developers and enterprises. Use by minors under 18 is prohibited.

  • No Liability for Decisions: We are not responsible for any financial loss, project delays, or “over-spend” resulting from your reliance on the pricing data shown on our site.
  • Maximum Liability: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00 USD.
